On Saturday, July 19th 2014, National Life Group held their first ever Do Good Fest on the lawn of their headquarters in Montpelier, VT. Do Good Fest was a day of family fun, delicious food from local vendors, and incredible music from local and national artists - including the headlining Eric Hutchinson.
Most importantly, it was all for a great cause.
The first ever Do Good Fest raised almost $11,000 for Branches of Hope, the Cancer Patient Fund at Central Vermont Medical Center’s National Life Cancer Treatment Center. Branches of Hope provides financial assistance to individuals and families who have been affected by cancer. The funds help pay for routine and unexpected expenses related to housing, transportation, medical services, and much more.
National Life Group lives by their motto “Do Good, Be Good, Make Good.” This project gave Rightside the opportunity to show people in the community how this Fortune 1000 company stands by that promise and actively contributes to supporting their community.
